Service Description
Simplified arbitration hearings are conducted via written submission only. Save time and money while maintaining flexibility. With arbitration, an independant adjudicator receives submissions from each party and provides a binding agreement. Arbiters are mutually agreed upon, knowledgable, and fair. This allows for an outcome you have more control over, while also creating enough distance from the outcome that time is not wasted on arguments and strife. This arrangement usually helps to maintain relationships, or even to help improve them. When compared to the court process, it is less conflict based and usually significantly more cost efficient. It also takes much less time to reach an outcome than court proceedings do.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations after this time will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit paid upon booking. Please be advised that appointments may be cancelled by provider with notice.
