Over time, my career has adapted and developed with my life experience. I achieved an HBA, completed graduate education, and became a licensee of the Law Society of Ontario. After providing legal studies through representation in small claims, LTB, and more, I decided to shift focus. Now, I offer mediation, arbitration, coaching, and other services that help to resolve disputes.

Through personal experience, I have needed to learn about healthy communication and the psychology of conflict resolution. Layering this knowledge on top of my formal education in dispute resolution opened new doors of understanding. With keen interest, I have learned more and more about the psychology of reaching healthy and satisfying solutions by helping others communicate their underlying needs and fears. How we word our message has power.

Whether using communication, empathy, psychology, or my legal background, I am passionate about helping others resolve disputes with as little conflict as necessary. My list of services continues to grow as I work to provide more and more options for healthy resolution.
What are the options?
The Same Page is all about providing professional mediation services that facilitate constructive communication and conflict resolution. All services reflect a commitment to helping individuals and organizations navigate challenging situations with empathy and expertise. In fostering understanding, finding common ground, and (in arbitration) making decisions, we assist clients in reaching agreements peacefully.

Conflict resolution services include mediation, arbitration, family coaching, individual coaching, and more. Additional services include notary public and commissioner of oaths.
