Service Description
Mediators help parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement by using skills and techniques that uncover and support underlying feelings and needs. Communication can then actually address the issues in a way that lets each party win. In mediation, it is win-win, or lose lose; therefore, parties have good reason to work together toward a solution. Mediators help to distance people from the problem, thereby allowing objectivity to lead the way to an agreement. Mediation is usually a much faster and more cost efficient method to achieve resolution. It is also private. Even if final agreement is not achieved, you can reach agreement on as many as possible and reduce the issues left to address through arbitration or litigation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations after this time will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit paid upon booking. Please be advised that appointments may be cancelled by provider with notice.
