Service Description
Any issues decided by arbitration will be handled via written submissions only. With the help of a skilled mediator, resolve as many issues as possible. If any disagreements remain, submit them to arbitration. For more information on the individual processes, see the individual mediation and arbitration services. Prices reflect per mediation session. Any required arbitration will be paid via fixed rate as separate and on-top of mediation fees.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations after this time will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit paid upon booking. Please be advised that appointments may be cancelled by provider with notice.
